Proof yeast, then add other ingredients. Mix until smooth. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Divied in half and roll each into a 12" circle. Spread with softened butter and cut each into 8 wedges. Roll up from point to inside. Let rise on oiled sheet pan. Bake 12-15 mins at 400*F
