Suggest a better descriptionMix yeast and warm water and let stand 5 minutes
Mix quick mix and sugar together and slowly stir in yeast mixture
Knead dough on flour surface for 10 minutes until elastic
Add up to 1/2 cup quick mix if needed
Roll dough into 12 inch circle and cut into wedges
Roll wedges and place in greased cookie sheet
Place plastic wrap on top and let rise 1 hour to double in size
Heat 425 for 10 to 12 minutes
