Heat oven to 250?F. Meanwhile, spray 11x13 pan well with cooking spray. Put cereal, pretzels and peanuts in pan and set aside. In large saucepan over mediuim heat, bring to a boil margarine, brown sugar and honey. Boild 3-5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal mixture and stir well to coat.
Bake in 250?F oven for one hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheets and break apart. Store in an airtight container.
