Combine first six ingredients. Pour milk into separate bowl.
Dip chicken in milk; then roll in cornmeal mixture. Place in greased 13x9 baking pan. Drizzle with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes for broiler-fryer; or 20-25 minutes for breasts.
