*Heat oven to 425 degress F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or Parchment paper.
*Set up your breading station. Make sure to have 3 shallow-sized bowls. The first bowl will have the Flower, the second bowl will have your eggs and the third bowl will have your breadcrumbs. Be sure to mix in the steak seasoning into the Panko breadcrumbs.
*Dreadge each mushroom slice into the flour. Then coat it with the egg. Next move it to the breadcrumb mixture and make sure it's well breaded.
*Prior to laying out your mushrooms on the baking sheet... make sure you spray it down with the Non-stick cooking spray. You'll then lay out each mushroom (you can lay them right up against each other) until the entire baking sheet is full. You'll then lightly spray the non-stick cooking spray over the mushrooms & bake 8-10 minutes turning once during cooking.
*Remove when they're nice and golden brown.
The original recipe did not tell you to spray the baking sheet first prior to adding the mushrooms but I found that the mushrooms stuck to the baking sheet and it was difficult to lift each one when it came time to turn them over. So I sprayed both the baking sheet & then lightly coated the mushrooms & it worked out perfectly.
