Preheat 400. Heat oil and garlic. When oil gets hot turn off heat and let garlic infuse for 5-10 min. Assemble tortillas. Add 2 tbsp of filling along lower third of 8-10 tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top of filling. Roll up and place seam side down on lined baking sheet. Brush with garlic oil and sprinkle with salt, cilantro and chili powder. Bake for 8-10 min, flipping over halfway thru so both sides can crisp. Cream: mash avocado until creamy. Add yogurt, lime juice, salt and chili powder. Stir to combine.
