Combine chocolate, butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in large saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Add cornflakes; stir until well coated. Spread mixture into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan; chill until firm; let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting into bars. Bars are easily removed from pan. Yield: 32 (1 x 2-inch) bars. Variation: Crispy mint chocolate bars; stir 1/8 tea- spoon peppermint flavoring into chocolate cereal mixture.
