Place mushrooms in bowl. combine garlic and parsley in foor processor and chop finely. Add to mushrooms. Toss in olive oil. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and roast 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper after removing from oven.
Grill steaks 4 minutes each side and season with salt and pepper. Let rest 10 minutes. Coat scallions in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill 2 minutes each side.
