Crispy on the outside, soft , moist, juicy in the inside
Cut chops, 3 by 3 inches
Beat eggs
Coat chops evenly with bread crumbs then coat with egg
Coat chops again with bread crumbs .
Drop chops in low to medium heat.
Slow fry for 1 min or until golden brown on each side.
Put on serving tray with a sheet of paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve with favorite sauce.
