Crispy Oven Fried Chicken
Preheat oven to 350
Add 1/2 Teaspoon of poultry seasoning to milk
Combine all other seasoning with cornflakes in plastic bag
Wash Chicken, pat dry. Dip chicken in milk
Shake to remove excess, then quickly shake in crumb mix.
Refrigerate 1 hour
Remove, sprinkle with paprika
Place chicken on greased baking pan
Cover with Aluminum Foil. Bake 40 minutes.
Remove foil bake an additional 30-40 minutes.
