Melt butter in baking dish.
Mix flour, parm cheese, salt and pepper together.
Dredge the potato wedges into the mixture and place in the melted butter in the dish.
Cook for 30 minutes and then turn the potatoes and continue cooking another 30 minutes until your desired crispiness.
