Adapted from Doris Christopher's Stoneware Sensations by Pampered Chef
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese,parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl, set a side. In another bowl, whisk eggs and water together. Pound chicken breast and cut into strips. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into breadcrumb mixture and coat evenly on both sides. Transfer chicken to a baking stone or baking sheet.
Bake 14-16 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Serve with ranch dressing..
