Crispy chicken strips with shredded parmesan cheese and pinko
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine Panco, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper in baking dish.
Pound chicken breast and cut into strips. Coat chicken breast with Mayonnaise on both sides. Transfer strips into crumb mixture, turning to coat then transfer chicken to baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes, turn then bake for an additional 15 minutes.
