Chop bacon into small bites. Cook until crispy. Drain and set aside.
Combine Reames Noodles , butter, half and half, chicken stock, parsley, turkey and bacon.
Transfer mixture into a 9 x 11 dish.
In a small bowl, combine panko and parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle panko and parmesan cheese over dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
