Preheat oven to 350 and sparay large baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine the cereal, paremesan and dressing mix in a large bowl. Place beaten egg whites in med bowl. Dip each pice of chicken in the egg and then in the cereal mix to coat evenly. Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake utnil golden and juices run clear, about 20-35 minutes.
