Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine rice krispies, parmesan cheese, ranch salad dressing mix in a large bowl.
Place beaten egg whites in a medium bowl. Dip each chicken piece in the egg whites and then into the cereal mixture to coat evenly.
Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden and juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a knife. 20-25 minutes. Serve hot
