Suggest a better descriptionMix tartar sauce, scallions, orange juice, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl. Set aside. Put the scallops, corn meal and salt and paprika in a plastic food bag, shake to coat. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add scallops and cook 3 minutes, turning once until golden and just cooked through. Serve with the sauce. Good with coleslaw and fries.
