Suggest a better descriptionDirections: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy with an electric mixer. Add the vanilla and the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine together in a separate bowl, the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture and the sour cream, alternately with the butter mixture. Combine well. Spoon 1/3 of the batter into a well greased tube pan. In a small bowl combine the cinnamon, nuts and 3/4 cup sugar. Sprinkle 1/3 of the nut mixture over the batter in the pan. Repeat layers two more times, ending with nuts on top. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve.
