Suggest a better descriptionMMMMM---------------------------SAUCE-------------------------------- 1/4 c Mayonnaise 1/4 c Chopped fresh basil Directions: Cook the potato until tender in boiling water. Peel andof potato and place a mixing bowl. Add the mash well. Measure 1/4 cup mustard, vinegar, basil, olives, capers and shallots. Add the tuna and combine gently. Shape into four, 1" patties and grill or broil for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise and basil. Spread onto rolls and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
