Suggest a better description1. Cube the chicken breast into one inch cubes and place in the slow cooker.
2. Drain the sliced water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Add to the slow cooker.
3. Chop the mushrooms and garlic. Add to slow cooker.
4. Add the remaining ingredients except for the green onions and lettuce.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
6. Serve in lettuce wraps and garnish with green onions.
