Simple, hearty beef stew
Cut trimmed beef and potatoes into 1" cubes. Add 1/2 of the potatoes and carrots to the bottom of the slow cooker. Toss beef in flour until lightly coated.
In a saute pan over medium heat with heated oil, brown the beef (roughly 5-7 minutes). When browned, add it to the slow cooker. Add the pearl onions to the pan and toss, roughly 3-5 minutes to pull any flavor remaining from the pan. Add the onions to the slow cooker, followed by the remaining potatoes and carrots.
Mix the Worcestershire sauce, water, and seasoning package and whisk to integrate. Pour over the vegetables in the slow cooker, cover, and cook for 8 hours on low.
