Suggest a better descriptionCoat meat with flour. Heat oil in large skillet & brown meat on all sides. Combine browned beef with remaining ingredients in Crock Pot. Cover & cook on low 8-10 hours. Turn to high. To thicken, add flour (about 1/4 cup) dissolved in a small amount of water. Cover & cook on high 10-15 minutes or until slightly thickened.
