Mix soup and broth in a slow cooker until well mixed.
Add chicken, cover and cook on high for 6 hours
Remove the chicken and shred it.
Return the chicken to the pot and add the butter and noodles
Cover and cook 1 hour on high, stirring halfway through cooking
The liquid in the pot can absorb and cok up to 24 ounces of noodles, which makes a thicker dish. 16 ounces of noodles makes a lighter soupier version
If it is too thick, add some broth or water after cooking the noodles, near the end of the process.
