Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat in pan. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer 15 minutes on low. In medium bowl, mix next three ingredients together and all but 3/4 cup of cheese. Cut tortillas into quarters and layer enough tortillas to cover bottom of crockpot. Scoop a layer of meat on top of tortillas. Next add the soup mixture. Continue layering ingredients until you run out. Put a layer of tortillas and cheese on top. Cover and cook on high for 45 minutes to one hour.
