Add roast to crockpot and set timer for 10 hours on low
Sprinkle with salad dressing mix.
Add pepperoncini peppers and some juice. Add Giardiniera, beef broth.
Shred meat within hour of being done if possible and let cook more while shredded.
Serve on buns, topped with cheese and more peppers
