1. place ribs in crock pot. Combine green onions, soy sauce, borth brown sugar ginger, garlic and pepper in medium bowl; mix well and pour over ribs. cook on low for 7-8 hours.
2. Remove ribs, trim excess fat and cut into small pieces. Skim fat from sauce.
3. stir seasame oil into cooking liquid. Return beef to crock pot. cook other 15-30 min.
