Quick and easy
Boil and drain elbow noodles. Gently beat egg, salt and pepper. Spray crockpot with a nonstick spray, then placed noodles into crockpot. Stir in egg, salt and pepper mixture. Add evaporated, milk, whole milk, and cheese. Stir until mixed evenly. Cook on low for three hours. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese prior to serving.
