1 Put onion in frying pan - saute until translucent.

3 Place hashed potatoes, mixed veggies, sour cream, water, mushrooms, cheese, beef and onion, and water into crock pot.
4 Stir as best as possible.
5 Cook on high 3 - 6 hours, stiring periodically.
