2) Combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, Worchestershire sauce and chili powder in crock pot. Stir in meat.
3) Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
You can get this ready the night before and refrigerate the removable pot and then just start it up in the morning.
