Savory and simple artichoke dip
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot saving the shredded cheese and artichoke hearts for last. Salt and pepper should be added to taste. Set the crockpot on low and let cook for an hour or two stirring occasionally.
This recipe is very versatile as other ingredients may be added. Frozen spinach, diced jalapeƱos, and olives are some suggestions. Measurements can also be adjusted for taste or dietary purpose.
Great for work potlucks! Be sure to stir occasionally.
