Mix flour, salt, and pepper, and pour over meat, stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on Low 10-12 hours. (High: 4 to 6 hours). Stir stew thoroughly before serving. I usually dont put in the onions and last time I made stew, I tripled the amount of potatoes, celery and carrots. It stretches the stew and makes it last longer.
