1. In a crockpot, combine soup, flour, pepper till smooth.
2. Stir in rest, except peas.
3. Cover, cook on low 7-8 Hours (HIGH: 3-4 hours). Stir in peas. Cook 30 minutes longer.
4. Serve over hot cooked rice.
