Wisk together water, gravy packets, soup until smooth
Poor over chicken
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours
Once chicken is done remove and cut or shred
Whisk in sour cream in slow cooker over gravy until smooth
Serve gravy over chicken
Serve with mash potatoes, rice, stuffing or egg noodles
