Suggest a better descriptionIn slow cooker combine the chicken, garlic, salsa, chilies, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Warm tortillas in a pan. Then fill the tortilla with the chicken mixture and top it with whatever you want. We use shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. If wanting to be very healthy, use a lettuce cup instead of tortillas.
We also like to stack 2 tortillas. (Holds contents better and doesn't break as easily.) Brooke's tip is to not be a dude and overfill the tortilla.
