Just dump everything except the chips, sour cream, and cheese into your crockpot. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high 6-7 hours. Shred chicken and serve topped with crushed chips, sour cream, and shredded cheese. So yummy, easy, and your house will smell awesome!
