Cook beef and drain on paper towel. Crumble beef into CROCKPOT. Put broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine and Worcestershire sauce into large (4 cup) measuring cup, stir seasonings into sauce mixture, pour over beef, add celery, mixed vegetables and potatoes. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours
