Trim the fat from meat. Cut meat into large chunks. Place into crockpot
Mix water, italian dressing mix, italian seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl, pour over meat. Cook for 2 hours on high, then reduce to low.
Remove meat from pot and shred.
Put cheese on rolls, then top with meat and red pepper strips if desired. Spoon on some of the cooking juices.
