Suggest a better description1. Spray the inside of a crockpot with cooking spray, or grease it with olive oil. Combine milk, evaporated milk, eggs, butter, and salt in crockpot, and whisk until smooth.
2. Add the shredded cheese and macaroni; sprinkle with pepper. Stir gently with a spatula to coat evenly.
3. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Cover and cook on High for 30 min. After 30 min., reduce to Low and cook for 2-2 1/2 hours, until custard is set in center and pasta is tender. May be kept warm for 30 min. before serving.
