Mix everything except veggies. Flatten out, sprinkle with veggies and roll. Place in loaf pan, in crockpot low for 6-8 hrs or high for 4 hours. Without pan low for 3-4 hrs or high 2-3 hrs. Let cool 15-30 min with lid off put ketchup on top.
