A lovely, warm and fragrant cobbler with very little work, and a lot of reward! Great for a winter gathering or in the Summer months when you don't want to turn on the oven.
Layer drained peaches in bottom of the Crock Pot.
Combine dry ingredients, and then add the butter and stir until crumbly.
Scoop it over the peaches.
Cook on low for 3 hours. Divine!
I have doubled this recipe, and it turns out great! If the peaches are too "juicy" add more oats to to the top of mixture absorb the excess liquid.
