2. Sear all sides in an oiled pan then transfer to crockpot
3. Add the following and do not worry about clumps:
- Onion
- Beef broth
- Garlic
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Celery
- Balsamic vinegar
- Mustard
- Brown sugar
- Thyme
- Bouillon
4. Cook on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally
5. Slice meat and serve
