Thick and creamy potato soup. Great taste. Easy too!
Put potatoes in cooker. Pour in chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and half of bacon bits. Stir thoroughly. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low for until desired consistency (6-8 hrs). One hour before serving, cut cream cheese into small chunks and add to soup. Stir occasionally until melted. Top with cheddar cheese and additional bacon bits. Enjoy!
