-pour liquid smoke over pork butt in slow cooker
-combine vinegar, worcestershire, red pepper flakes, sugar, dry mustard, garlic powder and cayenne and pour 1/3 of the mixture over roast
-cook on low 8-10 hours
-discard onions
-shred meat and add remaining vinegar mixture
