Heat up crock pot with 4 cups water, leaving on high until hot. Add in olive oil. Placed all chopped vegetables
and garlic into crock pot and roast beef on top.
In separate bowl, mix broth, sugar, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Pour over top of beef and vegetables. Cover
crock pot reducing heat to low to for 8 to 10 hrs or until vegetables and beef are tender.
This is a wonderful dish to cook all day long in the fall or winter. Wonderful smell!
