1) In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Break it all up into small pieces as it cooks, and then drain off the fat.
2) Add the beef to the slower cooker, and then add the remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
3) Serve with lettuce leafs as wraps.
