Delicious and easy crock pot recipe for German Pork and Kraut dish
Rinse thick pork chops and place into crock pot lining the edges. Chop onion and apples into large pieces and put into crock pot with drained sourkraut. Add brown sugar and apple juice till kraut is almost covered.
Cook on high till crock pot begins to boil and reduce heat to medium for 3 hours.
