Place ingredients in Crock Pot and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the crushed chilies on the top after mixing all of the other ingredients together. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours. Serve desired amount over hot spaghetti. Remainders may be put in suitable containers and frozen for future use.
