Suggest a better descriptionMAKE BREAD PUDDING---Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a baking dish. Toss croissants with butter on a baking sheet. Bake until toasted 10 min. *Whisk eggs, yolks, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Arrange half the croissants in baking dish. Top with two thirds of chocolate, then add remaining croissants. Pour egg mixture over croissants. *Cover baking dish, bake 30 min. Uncover, top with remaining chocolate, bake until bread pudding is golden 20 min. Let sit 15 min.
*MAKE SAUCE---Bring cream, butter, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla to a simmer in a pan. Add chocolate, whisk until smooth. SERVE bread pudding with chocolate sauce & ENJOY...
