Sprinkle this mix over cooked or raw fruit in a greased oven-proof dish. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top. Cook for 50 to 60 minutes in a 190 Deg C oven until the crumble mix is crisp and brown.
You can also cook this mix simply on a greased baking tray and serve it hot or cold as a crunchy topping for other deserts.
