Combine first 4 ingredients for dressing; set aside.
Mix next 4 ingredients. Dot butter in between. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 10-15 mins or until browned, stirring halfway through.
Shred cabbage. Toss with dressing. Top with baked ingredients.
